General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service, modify product availability, or update website content at any time. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Products & Dietary Information

  • 100% Gluten-Free Guarantee: Our flour blends and products are manufactured in dedicated facilities and tested to ensure zero detectable gluten (<3 ppm) in accordance with Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) regulations.

  • Intended Use: Product descriptions, recipes, and baking guides are provided for informational purposes. Results may vary depending on kitchen equipment, ingredient temperatures, and baking techniques.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit order quantities prior to dispatch.

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateways (including credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay).

Shipping & Delivery

Coverage: We ship nationwide across Australia using partner courier services and Australia Post.

  • Dispatch Times: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery dates are subject to courier handling times.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Perishable & Food Items: Due to health and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on open or unopened flour pouches or food items.

  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@artisangfco.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or full refund.
